Prior to that, Ghaith has held the position of Program Director for a major governmental organizational to lead an enterprise wide transformation program.

Between 2008 and 2010, Ghaith was the enterprise solution manager for Northgate-PS Sydney Australia responsible for the information management program for a major transformation program worth 80M+ as well as support our client in the Asia-Pac region.

Between 2006 and 2008, Ghaith was the enterprise architect for Tier1 consultancy firm in Sydney Bearingpoint, Ghaith was involved in many engagements including the enterprise information gateway for one of the major financial institutions in Sydney.

Between 1999 and 2006 co-founder and partner for a boutique consultancy firm in Sydney, Ghaith was part of the core team that built an provisioning solution that was implemented globally.

Ghaith as well in his early career worked in big financial institution like CitiBank.

Ghaith hold a Bsc. Computer Science and a post graduate degree in IT strategic leadership from University of Technology in Sydney, Australia
